Before starting her role as managing director and co-founder of NovaLoop, Johanna gained 10 years of experience as project manager and consultant in Germany and the US. A fully trained lawyer, she was most recently Head of Legal & Consulting at an international consulting firm specializing in environmental law, where she was responsible for numerous client projects in the area of environmental compliance, regulatory monitoring and sustainability management.
